I have to admit, I was somewhat of a skeptic when it came to meditation. I have many friends who swear by it and claim to have benefited tremendously. My boyfriend surprised me with Caroline's meditation course as a birthday gift, and I am so happy he did. As someone who struggles terribly with stress, anxiety, sleep, etc..., I can strongly recommend this course. I have already experienced improvements in my overall outlook and mood on a daily basis. I took a 1-on-1 course with Caroline, and although I was nervous at first, she was very relatable and comfortable to be around. She would always greet me with, "It's such a lovely evening, isn't it?" She was a skeptic herself, and I could see first hand what meditation had done for her. She addressed everything in a way that made it easy to understand, interesting, and motivational. Her love of meditation was sincere and inspiring. After completing the course, I find that I look forward to my meditations. Caroline is a natural at this. Something about her whole demeanor is just calming and just being around her as she explains the mediation brings down your stress levels. She's also a super patient and gentle teacher who practices what she teaches and actually walks the walk. For me, the best part of this meditation practice is once you do it, you can keep calming back to it with more teaching and group meditation always available to you. But I've met a number of teachers and if I had to do it all over again, I would choose Caroline every time.

I've always wanted to meditate, because so many of my friends and family meditate and seem to greatly benefit from the practice. I just didn't know how to do it, or to integrate the practice into my daily life. Caroline introduced me to her practice, and it instantly resonated with me. Her innate ability to understand people gave me a sense that I was getting the guidance that worked specifically for me. As an added bonus, Caroline is an incredibly positive individual and her enthusiasm for her practice, and life in general, is infectious.
